Tasty soups and their expiration dates.

I hate how the best soups at Chinese restaraunts must be ordered and completely consumed at the dining establishment. Once you hit that to go container you have a half life of like an hour. Three at the outside. It doesn't need an expiration date, the container needs a time stamp! And the broth gets increasingly cloudy as the rice noodles turn from solid into slimy nothingness. Color me depressed that one of the best bowls of soup in my life was crap for leftovers to eat at work later in the evening. *pout* At least I had other things to supplement my menu or I would have been forced to try to find something in the wheel of death. AKA a vending machine. *shudder*
