Breakfast of Champions

So I wrote this awesome post this morning and then when I tried to publish it said the server was down. Super sucky. So I'll try to recreate the magic here tonight.

One part was about my unwillingness to make faux bacon due to knowledge that no matter what it wasn't going to taste like bacon. But based on this family, and many other reviews I was all set to try SmartBacon. And yet I was not prepared to wait "Three to 3 1/2 minutes. Turning Once" to try it this morning even though I know that time would have been spent toasting the bread and waving the egg. Maybe the fact that I didn't have any cheese tipped the scales. So I ate cold cereal. Not the same at all.

Talk of why so many vegitarian products tried to hard to be meaty and who they were marketed towards. Yes it's helped me trick my papa into eating healtier at his age (he loves faux sloppy joes) and it's probably good for little kids not to get their booties kicked cause they're both eating a lunch"meat" sandwich. But who else? I mean I'm on the border a lot so it's good for me, but why my cutie friend who's been full on veg head since age of nine? What's in it for her that it tastes like bacon? Does she even remember what bacon taste like? Do Beggin Strips really taste like bacon? Steve from the sneeze was willing to weigh in on that.

Speaking of breakfasts of champions, in case you wanted to have me on a cereal box or a magnet for your fridge, here's one of my recent events. Ain't I cute? Enjoy.
